Let’s trigger each question – one by one;

Why most of today’s generation do not take or implement an action and what are the reasons behind it?

Society is an association where people from different caste, culture and creed comes together, interact, communicate and forms a group for the welfare of each other.

Youth is an important part of society as they form a different generation. They are versatile. They have enough potential and but are unable to unleash the power within.

They want to achieve but most of them lack. Why? Reasons lie within us.

Achievement, the term that circulates positive vibes in veins and gives a sense of pride. Whether big or small, each achievement comes with a backpack of confidence, dedication, consistency, focus and concentration.

And lack of the these factors lays the foundation stone of distraction and pave the path of failure. This stone of distraction plays a bigger role of hindrance in the path of achievement.

Know why today’s generation do not prefer to take or implement an action despite having ample technologies in the modern world.

Top 10 reason are:

  • Lack of practical guidance and knowledge in exploring the opportunities
  • Undue pressure of competing begins from an early age
  • Improper counseling at each phase of life
  • Lack of courage to face the failure or rejection
  • Inappropriate diet directly affecting physical and mental health
  • Continuous addiction to social media puts an unnecessary pressure of maintaining lifestyle
  • Not opening to the world of the books apart from academic studies
  • Family expectations or boundations
  • Lack of funding keeps them restricted
  • Lastly, comparing oneself with others.

Well, the above said reasons applies to most of the youth in one way or other and not all. There could be other reasons as well; poor mindset, unwillingness to take risks, not interested in self-learning, taking easy way like joining family business, cultural disputes etc.

What do they look forward to and how societal pressure influence their way of thinking?

Today’s generation look forward to a successful life. And not a satisfactory one. Successful in terms of wealth and money. They believe that more money brings more happiness.

When they see their friends, neighbors, peers, colleagues, etc. with something or other they start chasing the rat race without knowing why they are doing it too. Unfortunately, some fall inadvertently.

Yes, it’s true to an extent that money can makes you happy but it is not the only key of a happy life. It may cost your health, your family, or your relationships. It is important to maintain a work- balance life.

Most young people aims to complete a academic studies and get into a high paid jobs so that they can start living a life of their choice.
